Senior Frontend Engineer
We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex, impactful products that directly improve the healthcare experience. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in React, modern CSS frameworks (e.g., ), and a passion for creating seamless and intuitive user interfaces. You will be responsible for driving software development best practices in frontend engineering and collaborate with backend engineers to build scalable, high-performance applications. You’ll also have the chance to leverage cloud platforms like AWS to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
What You'll Do
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using React and modern frontend technologies.
- Lead the design and implementation of responsive, user-friendly interfaces with a strong focus on performance and accessibility.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow between systems, leveraging AWS for scalability and performance.
- Stay up to date with the latest frontend trends and tools to continuously improve the user experience.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience in frontend development with a strong focus on React and software development best practices.
- Expertise in CSS frameworks like Tailwind or Volume, as well as custom CSS for building responsive designs.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and Python.
- Experience working with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, to integrate and scale frontend solutions.
- Strong experience with version control tools like Git and familiarity with modern frontend tooling (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for building high-performance, user-centric applications.
You'll Stand Out If You Have
- Experience in the healthcare technology space.
- Experience with TypeScript, Redux, or other state management tools.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress) and performance optimization techniques.

Compensation
The base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000 - $160,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
